I was playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 today when I noticed something funny. I was playing on the level titled "College," when I see a familiar green gate. I'm like, "that's funny. That looked like Sather Gate!" Then I skated around some more and I saw South Hall! The first level of THPS4 is modeled after BERKELEY! WOW! Impressive. -bj

I've had likmas hangover today ... I've just been very ... ummm ... blah. The whole day I was just lying in bed reading my sister's Foxtrot comic books. Then I cracked on the ps2 and have been playing Gran Turismo and Tony Hawk all night. heh heh ... well, yeah. so how's everyone else doing? i dunno. i'm kinda bored. again. even with all of my games. :-( ... i miss human contact ... my sisters don't count. -bj

I had a fun Christmas ... I got everything I wanted ... a wallet ... pants ... money ... shoes ... a ps2 ... :-D haha ... not that presents are what Christmas is all about or anything. i had a good time reflecting, too. i wondered how God picked mary and joseph to be the parents of Jesus. was mary the most righteous woman in all of Israel? i dunno ... it's interesting to think about. was joseph chosen for a reason, too, or did he just come along with mary as part of the package? hmmm ... regardless, i'm truly grateful for God's gift to us. -bj

My Christmas Eve was quite fun. My lil' cousins are HILARIOUS ... haha ... we have lots of fun. I beat everyone at Super Monkey Ball Bowling! haha ... i am the MASTER! haha ... no one knew what to get me for Christmas so everyone gave me money, but that's cool. oh yeah, i got the MINORITY REPORT DVD! yay! i will bring it to Berkeley. With all of the presents and the hoopla (<------- my sisters, cousins, and I had to put on a "show" before we could open presents. i just made up some Christmas carol arrangement thingy-ma-bob on the spot), it's so easy to forget the true meaning of Christmas. It's funny 'cuz Jesus probably wasn't even born in December. Thus Christmas is just a remembrance of Jesus coming down to Earth. Hence, Christmas could be on any day of the year, but ideally, every day of the year. Merry Christmas y'all. =O) -bj

it's kinda funny ... if i had gotten one more point (ANYWHERE) in my cs class, i could have gotten a b- for the semester, but if i had gotten one less point, i would have a c ... what a funny, funny curve ... i'm right at c+ (which i'm not happy with). there must be a lot of people with my exact number of points ... (113, i think) ... i'm glad i'm not majoring in cs for l&s ... i'd be dead. -bj
bryan is in over his head at berkeley ... my grades are ... ummmm ... yeah. ummm my college gpa is almost two points lower than my high school gpa. ummm, yeah. good thing my high school gpa was over four points. haha ... otherwise i might be in the red. (*sigh*) ... work harder next semester ... -bj
Like four people asked me to watch the Lord of the Rings sequel with them ("The Twin Towers", as Michael likes to call it) ... i couldn't sit through the first hour of the first one, how will i be able to sit through three hours of the second? :-w -bj

I have to admit I'm confused. I like using Loki and having my heroes summon myth units, but I also have to say that it is quite satisfying rushing with giraffes, hyenas, and whatever other animal my priests convert when I use Set. Hmmmm ... choices, choices. The Egyptians have the best siege and myth units, but I'm doing quite well Hesir rushing when I use the Norse people. I guess the Greeks are good, too, but they are too resource intensive. Hmmm ... okay, I think i'm going to O.D. on AOM this Christmas break ... Bearmail is down ... boooooo ... and I can't view my blogpage ... double booooo ... e-mail me, people, so i can know how everyone's break is going (since i'm not on aim). is everyone as bored as me? -bj
